Chicken afritada: Filipino soul food

Chicken afritada is a popular Filipino stew cooked in tomato sauce with chicken pieces, carrots, potatoes and bell peppers.

I had a wonderful time making this video for Asia Times new 'Tastes of Asia' brand. My wife was the guest chef, making a recipe we often eat at home. The video was received well and has been viewed over 350,000 times in 2 weeks. I look forward to making more.
